-Open Gym Tuesday's and Thursdays beginning next Tuesday, April 22nd (7-9p.m.)
-Unless a Teacher or supervisor makes prior arrangements with the Kitchen, the kitchen is closed at 8:20. Students that are late are not allowed to come in after that and get breakfast.
-Congratulations to our new Hobson FFA Officer Team. President Faith Stevenson, Vice President Bailey Wertheimer, Secretary Ember Drivdahl, Treasurer Mariah Estell, Reporter Jordan Stevenson, and Sentinel Kevin Bingham. Congratulations go out to the whole Chapter for a successful year. Thank You to everyone who helped with the program last night!! Mr. Bergstrom
--BPA Members: We need helpers on Saturday (April 19) for the Easter Egg hunt
-There will be a Titan t-ball team (ages 7-9 boys, 7-10 girls). Practices will start the week of May 12. Coach Jamie Noel will be in touch with you or place a notice in the announcements about the first practice. There will not be a little league or a softball team. We did not have enough kids sign up for these teams.
-Spring picture proofs have been sent home with students. Orders will need to be in to the office TODAY!
-Hobson 3rd graders are having a canned food drive,Today is the last day for collecting cans. They will deliver the food to the County Food Pantry on April 22. We already have 288 cans and have a new goal of 300 cans. All donations are greatly appreciated.
-The Hobson Teachers are again offering summer scholarships for students grades K-11. Please see the bulletin board by Mr. Fitzgerald's office for an application THEY ARE DUE TODAY!!. -Check next to the scholarship forms for camp information.
-The Town of Hobson is now accepting lifeguard applications for the Hobson City pool for the upcoming summer swimming season. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age by June 1. Starting pay is $8/hr. Application forms may be obtained from Mrs. Gliko, completed applications are due back to her by April 17th. If you have any questions you can call Larry Denton at 423-5505.
